Step by Step
Program Process
Our Young Talent Programme gives your career a strong start through a structured process.
Application
You apply to the programme through the online application form with your CV and motivation.
Assessment
The process continues with competency-based interviews, case studies and technical assessments.
Training Period
You go through a structured development period with technical, behavioural and leadership training.
Career Start
Students who successfully complete the internship programme are added to our candidate pool. After graduation, should a vacancy matching their qualifications arise, we contact these candidates and begin the assessment process.
This makes it clear that the internship programme does not constitute a commitment to employment, while successful participants may be considered from the candidate pool for suitable positions that may arise in the future.
